     2016年二十国集团工商峰会(B20)完成各项议程，于９月4日中午落下帷幕。本次峰会发布了《2016年B20政策建议报告》，组织国际工商界代表就当前全球经济发展中的热点难点焦点问题进行研讨，约1100人云集杭州与二十国集团成员领导人对话。让周报君带大家一起看看，工商大咖们在B20峰会上达成哪些共识吧。

创新全球经济增长方式：

Break a new path for global economic growth by:

1. 实施智慧（SMART）创新倡议等项目，鼓励创业和创新。

Implementing programs such as the SMART innovation initiative to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation.

2. 增加高质量、可融资性强的项目储备，推动基础设施投资的金融工具创新。 Accelerating the pipeline of high-quality bankable projects and promoting the creation of financial instruments to facilitate infrastructure investment.

3. 发挥多边发展银行和机构作用，促进私营部门对基础设施投资。

Enhancing the catalytic role of multilateral development banks and institutions in enabling private-sector infrastructure investment.

4. 推动绿色投融资市场的发展。

Facilitating the development of green financing and investment markets.

5. 借力数字技术创新，发展普惠金融。

Stimulating financial inclusion by embracing digital technology innovation.

Adopting consistent and aligned tax policies to drive inclusive growth.

9. 加大国际反腐合作，强化合规能力建设。

Strengthening intergovernmental cooperation against corruption, and supporting the building of capacity for stronger anti-corruption compliance.

Promoting a more transparent environment for business to bolster competition. 

实现强劲的国际贸易和投资：

Encourage robust international trade and investment by:

11. 强化多边贸易体制，反对和遏制贸易保护主义，实现贸易增长。

Strengthening the multilateral trading system and eliminating new protectionist measures while rolling back existing measures to enable trade growth.

12. 推动2016年底前批准贸易便利化协定(TFA)并承诺尽快实施。

Ratifying the trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) by the end of 2016 and committing to rapid implementation.

13. 支持世界电子贸易平台（eWTP）倡议，孵化跨境电子贸易规则，促进电子商务发展。

Endorsing the concept of the Electronic World Trade Platform (eWTP) to incubate  cross-border electronic trade (e-trade) rules and aid e-trade development.

14. 发展能力建设和标准认证项目，促进中小企业融入全球价值链。

Developing coordinated capacity-building and certification programs to ease the inclusion of SMEs into global value chains.

15. 提升全球投资政策环境助力投资增长。

Enhancing the global investment policy environment in order to boost investment.

Promote inclusive and interconnected development by:

16. 消除结构性障碍，实施相关举措，提高青年和女性就业率。

Removing structural barriers to increase youth employment, and implementing initiatives to raise the participation rate of women in the labor force.

17. 制定相关政策，减少技能错配和能力缺口。

Enhancing policies to assess and reduce skill mismatches and capability gaps in the workforce.

18. 降低企业合规成本，提升公共采购市场参与度，支持中小企业发展。

Lowering compliance costs and improving access to public procurement markets in order to support SME growth.

19. 使用创新技术和管理手段，提升基础设施项目价值。

Enabling and promoting innovative technologies and asset management best-practices that support whole-project life-cycle productivity of infrastructure projects.
